QuickGit is an instant GitHub pages launching extension. You can use the search box to type in usernames, hit enter and see them in the list of results. You can then directly visit their profile pages. You can also see their repositories by typing a specific username and ending it with '/repos'. You can view and visit the pages for the user's repositories as well.
